Staff is always very helpful, friendly and patient, don't know what the other reviewers are going on about. It can be quite busy though so keep that in mind if you're in a rush.

Rude member of staff late 50s with long hair she need some customer service training . If this lady is on the next time I will go to another post office .

Waited 45 minutes and was served by an extremely rude woman (long auburn hair, middle aged). My package had come open at one end so I asked politely if she would mind sticking it down with a bit of tape. She told me I could buy a role of tape. To which I replied, I didn?t think that was necessary and I?m sure she could just help me out?She snottily snapped at me that all packages should be sealed before bringing to the post office. I told her yes I am aware but accidents do happen. Eventually she huffily shoved a sticker at me to seal my package and was unnecessarily aggressive about it. I have no idea why some people are such jobsworths. Will avoid this post office in future, life?s too short, it costs nothing to be kind to your fellow humans, especially in a customer service roll where that?s part of your job! I understand morale is currently low in the post office but it?s no excuse for a horrid stroppy teenager attitude

Someone has posted a display of opening times but this particular Post Office closes on a Saturday at 13.00/1 pm - not 17.30.
