Delighted to have bought another Jaguar from Parks Jaguar Inverness. My fourth car in the space of 5 years. They are definitely doing it right as I keep going back. Excellent service from the start to the finish with excellent vehicles.
A drive in a jaguar is a very comfortable and pleasant experience. I will certainly be going back when it is time to change the car.

Bought a 21 reg F Pace SVR, 2 weeks into ownership O2 sensor failed, booked car into local dealer Stratstone Newcastle who discovered a large hole in undertray and damaged bracket. Informed Parks who ignored my emails, issue went on for weeks with constant denials and excepting no blame. Car is getting repaired at my local dealership at my expense. Poor aftercare and communication from Parks souring the whole experience.
Update, emailed relevant information as requested, what a surprise, NO response, not really surprised, car now fully repaired by a reliable dealer Stratstone Newcastle.

Just had my Jaguar XE put through it's first MOT at the Parks and it was great experience and treated brilliantly by all the staff. Chelsey in Service dept was brilliant and looked after me really well and even organised a lift back home on dropping off the car and I was picked up in the afternoon when collecting the car back from the garage. First class service around.

Nobody really interested in assisting or being considerate with regards issues with car. Needed full set pads and disks at 29k and then set front wheel bearings at 40k which is really worrying. When challenged jaguar parks it's just one of these things with jaguar . If you require and positive response I suggest only route is jaguar assist. Far from impressed

Been trying to book car in for service. Have phoned in several occasions. Reception just put me through to service department, who never answer the phone. Have held line for at least 10 minutes and gave up after this on several occasions

Disappointing experience. Car not cleaned for return. Screen wash not checked and replenished on a minor service. Failure to contact when promised. Thankfully, the young lady from service gave a very warm welcome, which was the one redeeming feature.

Looking to upgrade from my XE, called into Parks JLR in Inverness. Received what I felt was excellent attention from Andris (not ?in your face?). Viewed a selection of 2nd hand vehicles before opting for a 23 plate F Pace, all in all a good experience.

Unable to sort problem after waiting several weeks for an appointment. In attempting to sort problem some other functionality was disabled so left worse off and now have to wait another four week wait (earliest appointment) until can take car back in.
