We have recently purchased a Panasonic OLED Smart TV from the Panasonic Store & Euronics Centre on Academy Street in Inverness. We wish to say how pleased we are with the quality of this TV and were extremely pleased with the helpfulness, friendliness, kindness and the professionalism of the store staff of Michael, Phillip and Chris in supplying, delivery and installing the TV. You certainly get the good old fashioned service from them. We would certainly recommend them.

Bought a soundbar for use with Sharp TV & Humix Box and had problems setting it up (we are not the best with technology). The staff could not have been more helpful and giving us advice,. We eventually took everything into the shop and it turned out to be a lead we were using. I cannot recommend this shop and the staff enough for all their help and advice. You don't get this when you buy from the Internet. Many thanks to all and will definately be back for other purchases.

After weeks of looking for a television, we finally settled on a Panasonic. I am so glad we did, both Michael and Philip were both friendly, answered questions and offered great advice and help on the choice of television. If I could I would give 10 stars on their customer service. There was a lot of TVs on display so we could compare the quality and ease of use. The prices were not to be beaten. I can highly recommend this store and the choice on display. Thank you so much for all your help guys.

I had a problem with my Panasonic TV which I bought in 2016 from Panasonic store.I emailed the shop on the Sunday as it was closed and the manager phoned me back on the Monday.The company that fixes the TV got in touch with me and as I had a warranty for 6 years they couldn't fix my old TV as the part was discontinued.I am getting a replacement with my old TV under warranty.I would Highly recommend using the Panasonic store Inverness as you will get well looked after and the staff are very pleasant and very helpful.Kevin Pratt
