Just been to Telford Oak Furniture Clearance where Ryan, Paj and Mohammed helped us from start to finish to select exactly what we were after.
The whole team helped to carry and place the items into our vehicle carefully. Nothing was too much trouble - excellent customer service by the three!
We will 100% be back- well worth the very long journey from Anglesey!

I was looking for a specific item of furniture to fill the gap between my tv and fireplace. I saw a cube nest of tables on display in the shop which would have been perfect but unfortunately it was already sold. Paige said he would keep an eye out for me if any more stock came in. I thought no more about it for weeks until yesterday when I decided to pop in on the off chance that there was something suitable in stock. As soon as I got into the shop Paige came round from behind the counter and told me that he had the item I was looking for, and had been keeping it until I came back in. Not only had he remembered me but had actually kept the item until I came back. Customer service through the roof in my opinion!! They brought it down, unpacked it so that I could check the condition, then packed it back up again and carried it to my car. This shop is the best, brilliant staff, good solid furniture and unbelievable prices. I thoroughly recommend it for customer service, quality and prices. Five stars plus fom me. Well done all the staff.

I liked it. I had a very good shopping experience there. The sales team are very knowledgeable and leave you to go browse which I liked, as I was looking for inspiration! I found exactly what I wanted. Now to complete the renovations!

Excellent service and great value pieces! We had Ryan help us, top guy, very helpful. Helped us find lots of pieces we liked on the oak furniture land website. A gem of a place, all the staff are super friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend and will go back for more items. 5 stars.

In store staff were very helpful when choosing a piece of furniture. Found to have a fault when unboxed after delivery. Went back to the store to report the fault, only to be told that they only deal with sales, and any issues would need to be reported to customer service, either by phone or email. The piece of furniture was replaced, but just disappointed that store staff were unable to help.
