Staff unpleasant, clothing rubbish, mens section far too small with limited to choose from and overpriced.

For me Next is a really good retail experience. It has an excellent range in menswear with plenty choice available. It also has an excellent range in the home department. I like the fact it is open later and there is plenty parking available. I have always found the staff friendly and helpful and now you can once again try something on before you buy it which is great.
