Went for late lunch to the cafe, service was very slow despite only having 3 customers.. The tables were an absolute disgrace, we had to clean our own, there was no glasses/paper cups for the refillable fizzy drinks. The cutlery was filthy and was surrounded by flies.
Definitely wouldn?t use again. If I could give it 0 stars I would!

I?m very disappointed with my recent experience at Morrisons. I placed an order for several bags of rice through Click & Collect and was due to pick it up at the scheduled time. However, just an hour before my slot, I received a call saying my order was being cancelled because the rice was unavailable. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since I was already about to leave, and I don?t even live in the same area as the store.
If the stock wasn?t available, I would have expected Morrisons to notify me much earlier so I could make other arrangements, rather than wasting my time and travel plans. Very poor communication and not what I?d expect from a major supermarket.

Seeing I was a tourist and thinking I was distracted, the cashier tried to scam me by writing on her computer I gave 19£ instead of 20£ (2 bills of 10£) , which cannot be an error or a missclick. Not even an apology for that obviously unhonest behavior

The shop itself was really good. All the shelves were full and we got everything we needed. The staff were really nice.
Upon leaving the store my better half went to the toilet. She says that they are the worst toilets she has ever been to in her life.
All the cubicles were flooded and the sanitary bins had their lids missing. She's had better toilet experiences at festivals and would have rather gone in the car park

A good sized Morrison's with plenty of parking and nice friendly staff. Seemingly well managed as nothing to suggest otherwise as a consumer.
Never over busy as nice wide aisles and plenty of pay points.
Lot's of choice of fresh and processed produce.
A good location that is easy to get to by car or train.
An important supermarket serving the wider community of the area.

Great range and choice of so many food items and drinks all at good value prices. Well laid out store and helpful staff. All in all much improved over the past few years.
Update June 2025...still good but prices are up quite a bit but special offers are back to a better level. ??

The store is okay but staff can be hit and miss depending on who you get. Self scan encouraged which is fine but everyone seems very blunt. Minimum wage, minimum effort I suppose. Prices are a lot higher for things that we buy so don't shop here often and we've had a couple of incidents where the pies cooked in store have been very much raw and we've had to still cook them at home

The cafe is horrible, every time we?ve come here it?s gotten worse but this is the last time we will be coming here. Ordered food on the screen that they said they had, when it came to collecting our things from the fridges they didn?t have anything. We had already paid and they said they had everything in stock. There was no cake, no plates, no sandwiches and we ordered some slushie which at the time had a sign saying ?please wait cleaning is in order? so we called someone over to clean the machine she moved the sign told us to get drinks while there was slushie everywhere and it was filthy we got the drinks she put the sign straight back in front and left it, the cake was stale they told us they were frozen and the service was poor. We paid for all that food and had to get refunded as they didn?t have anything in stock. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Why pay for parking, you don't at Tesco! Staff are very helpful. Difficult to find things here, signposts confusing.
