Hugely Disappointing
Mango Pineapple Smoothie - 5 out of 5 stars (Possibly the only thing I really enjoyed about the meal in all honesty)
Pineapple Stick - it was pineapple and I love pineapple so it was really nice
McChicken Sandwich - Firstly the burger has shrunk the chicken isn't as nice as it used to be and just wasn't that nice in all honesty. Used to absolutely love McChicken Sandwiches and this was a huge let down
McDonald's Fries - Arrived cold and tasteless
The Raspberry and White Chocolate Pie was amazing and warmer than the chips and I really liked this new item
Didn't enjoy meal at all and McDonalds has gone downhill massively.
Was in as a treat as not in Inverness often but this was disappointing and won't be in a rush back to McDonalds anytime soon

One of the worst McDonald's I've encountered. Items are always missing. Today's was horrendous. No dips AGAIN. Full size Mcflurry smaller than a mini. Extra sauce does not mean you put so much on you make it inedible. Give this branch a miss, it's actually awful

Food is always cold from hear , that was the last time I'm ordering from here , whoever puts the food in the bag cold should get sacked , don't know what there issue is in this place but it's worst MacDonalds I've ever been to , 4 times there 4 times stone cold food .

Spent nearly 50 quid for granddaughters bday no chips in any of the happy meals asked for plain hamburger as one child has dairy allergy didn't make it plain 1 main burger missing no sauces whatsoever and nugget share box missing too place is a joke granted they were rushed off their feet but if they can't handle all the just eat orders plus onside customers need to stop the just eat and focus on improving their service and staff before adding it back

Food is okay if they get your order right the first time. Usually have to go back for something. Very annoying as it should be pretty simple to get it right. The app is useless as well. Loads of items out of stock but you can order them at the drive thru!

The place is family friendly and the place is clean and friendly staff but the food is their short fall as the all food has down sized from what it should be your only getting half measures of food and drink yet the prices have gone up .so not value for money any more .
