Catastrophic condition of the floor but due to the behavior of disrespectful consumers who leave their entire meal on the tables in a mess. The wrap I ordered was also cold.

Ordered the Menphis burger for the first time, see my chicken and dips placed into bag...10 minutes later after new customers had been served with fresh fries etc mine was finally ready...with old fries and no pickles in the burger...poor service on that behalf...need learn if it's its waiting more than 5 mins it needs fresh fries...

Although the food is nice, toilets stink so bad, dirty and unkempt place, arrogant staff and slow service upon ordering. Will give this "establishment" a wide birth where possible.

Excellent. Our tour group, whose bus broke down during an excursion to Loch Ness, was provided with exceptional service at this McDonald's. The manager kindly offered us the use of his facilities and all necessary assistance.

Had to take the food back a few times chip's was cold and the wrap, even the manager agreed. Had a chicken bacon Mayo and the chicken was missing ? wouldn't go back

It was okay, the food was warm and delivered to the table relatively quickly. As soon as we stood up the table was cleared and cleaned which was reassuring.
