Roy at Mail Boxes Etc. Inverness made shipping a package of souvenirs back to the US quick and painless. He was able to wrap and box everything up for me as well. The whole visit only took a few minutes, and the package arrived quickly.
If you need to send something, definitely visit this store!

The proprietor Roy McDonald was great!! I went to MBE Inverness Monday 9:00, literally handed over my 9kg bag of UK souvenirs in a Co-Op bag, filled out my address form and left the rest to Roy. That same Friday (the day after Thanksgiving no less), the package arrived in NYC completely intact. Really fantastic, hassle-free service and highly recommend for your international parcel needs ??

These people were amazing. I left my diabetes medication in the hotel room refrigerator and did not realize it until I was on my way to Paris. In 3 days I arrived at my next location in London and my medication was waiting for me. These people were so kind and helped me so much I can't thank them enough.

I received really great service from the man and woman working here when I came in to mail a parcel to the United States. In addition to being very friendly, they were thorough in understanding what I needed and helping me choose the right service.

If you do not have printer or have problem with your home printer, you can always come here and print documents, books, etc.I know this shop frome time, when they was on railway station.Quick, quality and professional.My recommendation.

Not for the first time I have received a poor, lazy and irate attitude from the tall man that has worked there what seems like all his life. Went in with about two minutes until close to print off a couple of concert tickets and in a petulant mood told me I would have to be quick as he had somewhere to be. I said I would be quick but once again he made the point he had somewhere to be. I didn't bother stooping to his level with a response and just walked out. The guy has a reputation for having a bad attitude. Avoid.

Popped in to print a returns label for my parcel. The man running the place could not have been more unpleasant & ubrupt. No need for that kind of attitude whatsoever! He also wasnt wearing a mask when he approached me.
