Ordered food came stone cold no customer service at all when called had food so many times from here never complained asked me to walk over and prove that it's cold I mean I ordered as takeaway so shouldn't have to walk over also maybe have your delivery staff to keep the food in bags where it stays heated, also when called back if the food getting collected I got answer can you just not be a normal person and heat it up in microwave, very rude lady on phone swearing etc

Delivery was half n hour late. Chicken in chilli sauce was very sweet. The noodles and fried rice were tasteless. There wasn't any taste at all

We went in at 5pm and we were the only customers. We were hoping to have a sit in dinner but we received a very soured face and unfriendly service. We were being ignored for a good ten minutes. She was to busy setting other tables instead of attending to us.
It really made us feel very uncomfortable. By the time she approached our table. My friend then asked her for a set meal for two in the menu. She turned round to tell my friend that was for take away meals only. In the menu doesn't say for take away. It should be written under the set meals for two, three or four is only for take away. We decided to get up and left.
If I could tick no star I would unfortunately there isn't a no star for me to tick.

Ordered take away. The prawn crackers were extremely stale and ended up in the bin immediately. Starter was overcooked. The ribs had no meat on them, the wonton and prawn toast overcooked and was poor and the chicken satay greasy and overdone. The special chow mein was greasy and flavourless. Not our usual Chinese but have had from here before and wasn't like this.

The food served in this restaurant/ takeaway is fantastic. Speed of service is great and the staff are very friendly. I highly recommend Lucky BowlVegetarian options: There are plenty options for vegetariansDietary restrictions: The staff are well informed about the ingredients in each dish. So they can tell you what is suitable for your specific dietary requirements

This restaurant is OK but it could be so much better. I'm not a food expert but neither are most ordinary customers but I do like a relaxed, cosy, friendly experience which the "Lucky Bowl" fails to deliver. The lighting is bright and harsh, our server was a bit uninterested, the tables were all undressed and unappealing, the bottled beer is served in 330ml bottles, there's no draft beer, food was fine.

I won't go back to Lucky Bowl. We had 3 takeaway dishes which all seemed to have the same sauce - dark and slimy. I ordered veg satay which did not have satay sauce on it and was mainly mushroom and pineapple??Vegetarian options: See above
