Found them helpful but expensive. I got the impression they would do just about anything to clinch a sale.If you require a product that is not in-stock, it may mean waiting a week if there's no problem with suppliers (much more if there is!)Keeping the customer informed of issues was poor, and constructive advice ignored. This let them down badly.

Terrible. Save yourself money and heartache and go elsewhere. Two rooms with vinyl so badly fitted it could have been a joke. Cut too short and too long. Lumps and tears. Glue sprayed over new kitchen units, cooker and bath. Even an amateur could have done better. Took Lochgorm three months with me constantly ringing for someone to look at it before they sent anyone. Agreement was it was it needed remedied and the fitter was no longer with them. They said they would remedy the bad fitting (I don?t know how considering some areas were cut short). Four months from being told it would be fixed and I am still waiting and there is radio silence from Lochgorm.

Would like to Highly Recommend Lochgorm. They are very Professional . Peter is very friendly, has lots of product knowledge and he went above and beyond for us.I asked for a specific bed for my little Granddaughters which they didn?t have but Peter said he could order it in for me which he did.and it was exactly what I wanted .I would always choose Lochgorm now over Bigger retailers as they have so much choice.Thank you again Peter will see you again soon .

Went into Lochgorm today and both my dad who has dealt with this firm since 1975 were delighted to see Peter still at the helm . My dad dealt with Peters father for our first carpet moving to Inverness and reminded Peter today he was just a boy learning the ropes in those days . With many purchases over the years dad always goes back to Lochgorm as he says it?s quality products and quality service. With lots of furniture and carpet stores in the city now , please go visit Lochgorm first as you won?t be disappointed with quality price and service .They have stock !And if you want something awayfrom the norm with carpets , take the time to pop in ! There is parking !! Bonus !!

Very disappointed in the service. We did get the carpet eventually but much later than promised and only after chasing up repeatedly. They were uninterested in providing the service to us. I wouldn't use them again.
