I was visiting Scotland from the US. I had had multiple issues with my rental car's TPS system.
I pulled in and asked for help. They had the tire pressure corrected and system reset for me in 10 minutes and didn't charge a pence. I can't say enough how much I appreciate the assistance and the speedy service.

The Volvo dealership failed my car?s MOT due to damaged tyres, but couldn?t replace them without ordering them (yes you read that right)
The guys at Kwik Fit fitted us in straight away and replaced (& aligned) all 4 tyres in 40 minutes.

I always go to Kwik fit with both my husband?s and my car , the staff are unfailingly friendly and helpful.
I?ve always found the appointments run to time, in fact today the man came to greet me in the carpark and took my keys and the car went straight in. He then gave me helpful advice on advisory?s.

Unfortunately a very poor experience of delays and excuses. I booked an MOT online and paid upfront. As a working healthcare professional I needed a weekend appointment so that my work would not be affected. I paid on the 27th of July and my appointment was booked online for 02/08/2025. I received a call the day before, and the staff told me they did not have anyone available to do the service - and that I would need to take it to the branch on Millburn Road Inverness. I agreed, they assured me someone would call me to confirm the appointment date and time. No phone call or email received. I had to go in person to Longman Road and got them to book my appointment for 09/08/2025 for 9am. I arrived for my appointment this morning on Millburn Road to discover that the building is covered in scaffolding with a for sale sign and the whole building is closed. Not only has my time been wasted several times and the unnecessary journeys to Kwikfit - I would suggest you save your money and book elsewhere as my experience has been awful. Only an empty apology, no offer of rebooking my appointment with another branch, no offer of any compensation for my time being wasted on three occasions. Full of excuses and dishonesty. I would not bother again.

Booked in for mot 4.30pm, was done at the time, no farting around like Halfords. Could view mot on a screen too. Peter was brilliant.. showed and explained to me the advisories that needed done. Lovely guy! Credit to the team. Never had that kind of service before (cough Halfords)

Massive thanks to all the lads at Longman Road today. Fitted me in for a second opinion with my front suspension even when I didn?t have an appointment. Did a thorough inspection on two different ramps and even squeezed in an alignment check when the place already seemed heavin. Everyone chipped in- so special thanks to Kamal, Luke, Peter, Cameron and Paul. You guys are a leading example of what KwikFit has to offer. Cheers for the great hospitality, would and will highly recommend! ??

I must have been wrong, thinking that having an appointment made weeks before to replace only 2 tyres, would take 1.30 hours to get it done. For the wheel alignment, I was told they only check it, but if needed it would cost £76. I asked to be contacted before doing the job, as I wasn't sure if I really wanted it to be done. I came back to get my car to find the wheel alignment has been done anyway... A misunderstanding, I was told. Well, maybe, but I won't come back to Kwik Fit.
