I came in because I had a flat tire as I phoned up a week before hand and the guy on the phone said it was ok to just come in and don?t need to book, well I came and got turned away and the guy I spoke to at the place was quite rude the way he spoke to me so I had go to Kwik Fit Plus and they were way nicer there.
