The new pharmacist and his team have turned the place around. They've really pulled out all the stops for me on a number of occasions when my practice have slipped up with prescriptions.Nothing is ever a bother and always served with a smile.Top marks ?

The new pharmacist who has taken over is clearly old school, ie goes above and beyond, and cares.I am not a customer there, was phoning round pharmacies trying to get a med which has production issues.I was literally blown away by the customer service and how he went to such a great effort for me, phoned me that evening (I didnt hear fone ), but then phoned me again next day to enquire if I managed to get med, even tho' he dosnt know me from Adam!I am changing to this pharmacy, even tho' there are 2 much closer to me!

If I could vote zero I would. Tried phoning them for 3 days as I ran out of tablets. The prescription had been sent by gp on the Tuesday. All I got was phone ignore, phone hung up on, phone switched off. At one point left message on answering machine no call back. I tried phoning them Tues, Wed, Thurs, Friday was a PH. Phoned Saturday no answer. I get my medicines delivered as I am disabled. Called in on Saturday, not especially busy. My medicine was on shelf for delivery so would have not got it until the Monday. A whole week without a medicine I have to take twice a day and not just stop. If it wasn?t for living nearby I would never use them. Btw when I said what had happened today no apology. Says it all!!!!!

Worst pharmacy in Inverness, they literally NEVER have stock that I need and prescriptions takes ages to be ordered. Once I needed to get some medication from prescription, which they didn't had on prescriptions shelves BUT! The same medication needed was available on in-store shelves!!! All this failure place needs is just John Cleese working here!

Only 2 allowed in at once so always a queue outside, then when you finally do get inside prescriptions are rarely made up for collection, even after having them for a week.

The Fawlty Towers of the chemist world. Disorganised and can never find your medication/prescription. Unless you?re willing to waste 15-20 minutes of you life, go elsewhere. If you?re looking for customer service with a smile then you?ll be sorely disappointed.

Never have the items needed for my repeat prescription. They don't even try to source elsewhere or give advice or support. The older pharmacist Is extremely rude in the way she speaks to people when she is referring to me as "her" instead of as a customer who is at a bit if a loss at what to do when her medication runs out and horrendous symptoms return

After 30 plus years with this pharmacy I'm sorry to say that the service given to my dad ,who is registered blind is at an all time low.we were looking to get a MAR sheet for my dad for carers to administer medicine for my dad he just recently got out of 3mths in Hospital .We PhD to get the sheet put in place, to say they were helpful is an understatement to the max..pH call that took place to try and get help to get this sheet of paper was down right rude on the pharmacy side..Basically told to go elsewhere. Well we did our local pharmacy in Dalneigh couldn't do enough for us.NAR sheet now in place.shame on you and Head of the pharmacy.

Dreadful place! Rude and patronising staff, who need a lesson in mathematics and customer service! Numerous mistakes with prescriptions, no apologies made! Asked for complaint procedure and phone number, needless to say they were clueless on this issue aswell! Very patronising pharmacist, Mr and Mrs Greg used to run this pharmacy with love and kindness, place has gone to the pits
