We keep returning to the Kingsmills Hotel year after year because the service is amazing and the rooms are spacious for families. We have already rebooked for next year and cannot wait to return!Food & drinks: We had dinner at the restaurant where the food was delicious. Highly recommended it.

We had an afternoon tea here recently. Service was slow we We were not given a pot of tea or coffee with our afternoon tea. When we sat down the waitress asked wt we would like to drink so we ordered a coffee thinking we'd get it with our afternoon tea. By which time it got cold by the time our afternoon tea was served.... read full comment

Very old and dated room.The shower took about 3 minutes to get warm water and then the water did not drain away. The bathroom was quite flooded.Rooms: Mine was atrocious
