I?ve only been a patient/customer of JM MacDonald for a year but my experience of opticians go back 50 years for glasses and contact lenses. The last number of years were with a ?high street? brand where the customer experience went from being ok to zero. I moved to MacDonalds on good recommendation and my experience has been nothing short of 5 stars. Staff could not be more helpful and I trust them to give me best advice

Lovely staff, efficient and friendly. Paid my deposit for my glasses and was happy to hear I could pay the rest up interest free. Would not go to any other opticians and always recommend to others they use here.
