It had disabled parking at the door and an accessible entrance, which was fine, so off we went to look for what the bairn wanted. Unfortunately it was not there. But there was a decent selection of goods. However, the thing that struck me was the size of the store. Inverness is the Highland capital, it serves a vast area, so I have to admit I was expecting something a bit larger, more suited to it's position.
Would I recommend it?
Yes, but bear in mind, it is not as large as you might think.

Went into this shop this afternoon and was disappointed in the staff customer service.Four staff were standing chatting at the window area, I stood at the till area to see if I could try something on but even after looking at me none of them moved so I went to them, one came and opened the changing room door but left to continue her chat.When went to pay once again their chat was more important even though they could see the till area. I was joined by a couple and they said it?s always like this in this shop.To be honest if I didn?t need what I purchased I would have walked out. I could say aww they?re just young but ignoring customers as they stand and chat is just rude. I definitely won?t be back.

After one hour sourcing baby s staff I try to pay but after they say to me coz is not the same price is bigger price with 40% ! Is not my problem if you stick wrong prices!

Poor when I was waiting to use changing room staff member said they were in use so waited only for staff member to allow someone else to jump Que , when I asked staff member to remove customer as it was my turn all I got was ? he?s in now & nothing I can do about it? then just continued to look at his mobile device.

Daniel was fantastic and super friendly; he was tied up with a customer while I waited for my shoes which took a while but he was apologetic and extremely friendly. Maybe support your staff more as clearly leaving them in an awkward position

I went into their shop this afternoon on Inverness Golden Mile. Four members of staff plus two customers. One at counter the other going to changing room. Totally ignored. Not one member made eye contact even. Playing with phones and walkie talkies. Put chosen item back on rail and walked out. Got what I wanted from Tesco.
No wonder folk shop online.
