Unfortunately I went to the wrong test centre in error on Wednesday. The lady on the reception desk was patronising and a pure snob. It was a most unpleasant encounter and she is most unsuitable in the role of being the first contact in a professional environment. I said "good morning, I have an appointment at 9.30 am."... read full comment
