I bought a rocking bench for a very good price. However, 1 section had a split in the wood (these things happen). I called the store, and they were super helpful and replaced the section required with no qualms. Great customer service! ?

Wish I had gotten the name of the man and the lady that helped us this morning. They were wonderfully helpful when we popped in with some flooring samples to check with our kitchen choices from another howdens branch and they both had excellent taste! Thank you so much!

Just a typical Howdens with great service and staff, quite a large depot which has a very large stock which is very helpful.

Great quality products with plenty of choice. Personal and helpful advice when choosing my kitchen prducts.Always available to answer any queries.However, I found the invoicing and payment process to be confusing and lacking.I was given the price of my final invoice and paid immediately. Only to be informed 6 weeks later, that I had underpaid and a further amount totalling over £200 was required. As I had not been provided with copies of my final invoices, I had to request them and spend time checking all products/prices and payments myself. This was not exactly what I had expected from Howdens

Bought our Kitchen from Howdens and are delighted with it. Well worth the investment. Jacqui was so helpful from the beginning giving great advice and ideas. Even with a few blips they sorted everything out with no fuss at all. Would highly recommend!

Just visited. Not impressed with cleaning. Staff are very concerned that cutomers have hand sanitised, but watching them clean down after people leave, tables cleaned half heartedly and chairs not touched.On asking a member of staff, i was told he did, i said yes but his colleague wasnt, his reply was he wasnt there manager ,i said yes but he should pass it on, after all it is as much for the staff protection as customers.Not impressed.
