I love the idea of a workers co-operative for whole foods and would love to give this great idea a 5 star review. The lack of pricing on many products and having to use a PDF pricelist on a mobile (with some pages out of order) or ask for a paper price list does make shopping much harder and cosiderably longer, as you flick through 80 pages of fonts size 10 looking for a price. I am sure it saves the workers much time but it does make purchasing a problem. At times when asking for help to find items I have felt the staff have spoken to me a way reserved for a 5 year old, who is in trouble and hard of hearing. Even asking for a paper price list may mean you get 'a look' with a sigh and slight tutt. Often the staff are lovely and friendly but a small number do seem to use a passive aggressive style that does not encourage customers.

Love this shop. I love the selection of organic and local/regional products. I love the format of a customer-accessible warehouse with just some of the smaller types of products shelved in the shop space up front for easy comparing/selection. I don't know why there aren't more shops set up this way, but I'm so glad this one exists.

I really don't know why this place isn't busier as the have great products and good prices. Bulk sized items, organics, they seem to have it all. Check it out!

A great place for bulk spices, pulses dried fruit and a load of tasty treats you didn't know you needed! I've used them for 30 years they're always reliable, knowledgeable and very friendly.
