Quaint little place. The staff was amazing, the room was clean and breakfast was decent!Situated a little away with a 10 min walk to the bustle of town but the plus side is that it's quiter. Perfect.Would definitely go back there given the change.The property isn't wheelchair friendly so keep this in mind.

Husband and I stayed 2 nights at the end of Oct 2024. The staff and the locals are all wonderful! Our dram with Martin and Joe was a highlight to our trip.

My fiancé and I stayed her while traveling from the states and loved it! If you are ever in Inverness Scotland you MUST stay here. The rooms are modern and very comfortable. The food is delicious! We met the owner and she was both hospitable and welcoming! We can not wait to rerun there!

On my family's "Scottish Tour", we stopped at this hotel in Inverness.The people were so great and supportive while we faced some suitcase issues, and the smile of Pamelais worth everything you can expect.We booked 2 rooms and the equipment was pretty complete. My only concern is that my son had a more modern bathroom than mine :DLocation of the hotel close to Inverness center was also a plus and the closed car park a great option.Last but not least, the breakfast was very good too.Next time I pass by Inverness, I'll certainly stay at the Heathmount Hotel!
