Great buying experience from Derek Morrice when I bought my 21 model Golf. Well looked after from beginning to end, nothing was too much bother and I am enjoying my Mk8 Golf. Very professional company and the car has exceeded my expectations, anybody looking for a VW should give Derek a call.

Great service, staff always happy to help. Place is clean and presentable. Could use some sort of blinds or reflective material on the windows however, if it's sunny it's blinding inside. ?

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Jack, sadly this time they couldn't help me with a new vehicle.The build time was around 6 months at mo, which I felt was too long.A few other members of staff, sorted me out with a cuppa & a higher seat, as I'm disabled. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again!

Place is a rip off came up from devon on holiday. And my wheel bearing started to wear out and make a noisy rumble so drop in to vw to see if they could help I knew what the problem was so ask if they could give me a price on doing the wheel bearin I was told £100 for them to drive it to make sure it was the bearing and then £512 to do the job this was only for 2 hours labor and were getting the parts from local motor factors euro parts I imagine total price would have been about £735 with v.a.t for a wheel bearing local garage 289 job done
