Dreadful service. Every time they have sent out glasses they still have the yellow writing and prescription marks on the lenses. We cant remove this and have to keep taking our disabled relatives glasses back to the shop. Has happened each time for years despite reasurances. I ended up apologising to them, and when I came off the phone I burst into tears ?

We were on holiday in Scotland when the arm of my daughter's glasses broke off. She needs them badly. The Optician of Hall and Fraser came with a very good and affordable solution. Thanks to her we could continue our holiday with good eyesight for our daughter. Excellent and very friendly!

Very friendly and professional staff and great range of frames. The 2for1 offer is fantastic as I was able to get my sunglasses too, and got them made on the same day. Would highly recommend them!!!!!
