In a day and age when 'not much works' and apathy is common in our expriences of service, what an absolute delight to be served by a group of staff at H. Samuel in Inverness. My purchase was protracted and complicated (mainly by me) but, at no point did Ksena and her colleagues make me feel a hinderance. Nothing was a problem. Whatever the formula for the staff in there, I wish some travel agents, hotels, restaurants and many Government Agencies in between, could have a training day with them.Simply Excellent!!

Myself and my partner were in the Eastgate Centre branch today, and we were served By Leila And we really were delighted with the service. The store was busy, but we were given the Ladies, undivided attention. The store did not stock, the necklace that my partner wanted in time for Christmas. However, the employee managed to track it down in another store and order it to be available in this store so that we could collect before Christmas. Leila was very friendly and efficient, and even helped us with a separate issue regarding my partners watch which she did not purchase from Samuel. I have always been a customer of H Samuel, and it?s this kind of service that will keep me as a customer.

I was a couple of weeks ago in the shop at the EastGate Shopping Centre in Inverness. I had a clearly idea of what I wanted. Ksena was the lovely and kind assistant that helped me to get what I wanted and took care of showing me all the different options for packaging as it was a gift for someone else. We had a nice chat, definitely I will be back there next time. I really liked the display and prices as well. Thanks again Ksena for such a great service.

Lovely experience at H Samuel Inverness yesterday, looked after by Leila (although all the staff were great) who went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble, I was very unsure of what I wanted/what suited me and she was very helpful with suggestions/ideas and put me totally at ease. Can't recommend this store enough. Went back to pick up my ring today, had Vicky looking after us, another great experience, with excellent service, will definitely recommend this store and will be back, thankyou for making it such a lovely experience.

Was served by Laine at the Inverness branch who was very patient with me choosing a signet ring. I must have tried them all on! Eventually found one I liked but my size needed to be ordered in. We found her very friendly and professional, nothing was a hassle for her.
