Bought a necklace as a gift, the chain was very fine and broke after wearing several times. We were very happy with the helpful and pleasant service to replace the chain with a slightly stronger one.

Shortly before closing time today, (29/08/25), my wristwatch required a new pin, so I went to Samuel's Jewellery shop in Inverness Eastgate. I was met by Paul, a staff member, who carried out the job within, literally seconds. I was very impressed with the quick service I received. Paul was very professional. Absolutely 10/10.

Great customer service here after another well known jeweller nearby failed miserably on that front. Andrea helped me choose my new watch from options I was considering, and after that the watch bracelet was adjusted and I left a very happy customer. Excellent service, and I love my new watch.

Dropped in to H Samuels in Inverness, Eastgate Centre. Got an appointment 15 minutes later. Excellent experience. Although I have had my ears pierced before, Vicky, who served me was very informative about the piercing process. Made me fully aware of the dos and don'ts of hygiene and cleaning of my new piercings.
The earrings cost me £19.99 which included the piercing and cleaning fluid used for after care. Much cheaper than nearby competitors. I'd highly recommend anyone wanting to have their ears pierced to go to H Samuels Inverness.

1st time ear piercing for my 12 year old daughter. We were greeted by Kathleen on arrival at the Inverness store. We hadn't made an appointment but were reassured it wouldn't be a problem. Vicky (assigned piercer) arrived and talked us through everything (procedure, pain, aftercare) and we were shown all the earing options including prices (no hidden costs). The actual piercing is FREE of charge. You only pay for the earrings of your choice starting from £14.99. The ear cleaning solution is included with your earrings (no extra charges). Both Vicky and Kathleen were present during the appointment. Kathleen was learning the ropes and I was asked if ok for her to make the markings. This wasn't a problem at all. Both ladies were very approachable and made my daughter feel very comfortable.
Great experience and exceptionally good price. My daughter is already asking for 2nd piercing after the 6 weeks healing period. Will definitely be back for future ear piercings.

We went into H Samuel in Inverness to choose wedding rings last weekend, and we were served by Leila. We had such a lovely experience - Leila was super friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful.
