Bought a necklace as a gift, the chain was very fine and broke after wearing several times. We were very happy with the helpful and pleasant service to replace the chain with a slightly stronger one.

Shortly before closing time today, (29/08/25), my wristwatch required a new pin, so I went to Samuel's Jewellery shop in Inverness Eastgate. You’ll find our H.Samuel store on Level 4 of the Eastgate Shopping Centre in Inverness. We’re in the West Wing of the Centre which is easily accessed via the Level 3 car park.
