“Not the kind of gym I expected so was very happily surprised Women only and a circuit of hydrological resustence so no messing around setting machines to correct resistance or weight for yourself after the previous use You just get right on with your routine! I'm no fitness fanatic or as young as I look but Curves caters for all ages & abilities while helping me reach my personal targets Upbeat music and excellent well informed staff Almost like having a one to one every visit! Will be continuing here as for the first time going to the gym is no longer a chore but something to look forward to”
