“I had a great cooked breakfast at Simpsons recently. One of the kitchen staff, Natalia, whom I met while I was waiting to pay for my breakfast, was so incredibly helpful. She carried my tray for me and took me to a lovely seat by the window overlooking the city of Inverness. She even got the cutlery for me, brown sauce, butter for my toast etc. You name it, Natalia did it. Absolutely wonderful service!! And I'm certain she had other duties to attend to at the same time.
