“There is a terrace and places inside. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Very tasty, there is a national Scottish dish. Order only through a QR code, which is on each corner of the table with the table number. Although grilled dishes in the menu are indicated with serving in 45 minutes, the order was completed much faster. I recommend this establishment.”

“Nice venue on a busy Saturday night. Live music was great and if you like karaoke, they do that too. Didn't have anything to eat while here. Only down points I would say was the floor was so sticky. The ladies toilets need a little tlc also. One had no lock at all and one flush wasn't working properly leaving just one properly functioning toilet”

“Simpsons Garden Centre in Inverness offers a wide range of products for gardening, home decor, and more, with something for everyone. The variety is impressive, and the store is well-organized. However, I find the prices on some products fair but most of them to be ridiculously overpriced.

I’ve visited the coffee shop and restaurant many times, but I feel compelled to leave a negative review after my recent experiences. The staff is consistently rude, and I’ve observed multiple occasions where food was served without gloves. Even worse, I’ve seen staff touching their faces, mobile phones, and kitchen bells before handling food, which is concerning from a hygiene perspective. The coffee is equally disappointing—it really needs some serious improvement. The lack of coffee training is obvious, and the drinks are consistently poor quality. I’m making an exception in leaving this review because, as a regular customer, I’ve had enough of the subpar service and unsatisfactory food and drink experiences.”

“Ambiance 10/10 Food 7/10 Loved sitting in this restaurant. The service was excellent and they played a slowed down version of popular songs. We sat upstairs by the window looking out on the river. The food was good but didn't stand out with the exception of the hoisin duck bon bons. It's absolutely amazing, served with a mango sauce. I would highly recommend even if you don't like duck. Also tried the Scottish salmon with mint risotto and ribeye. The carrot soup had a nice kick to it.”

Triquerta Crafts shop made it so easy to cut thru the noise - I was confident anything I picked up was authentically Scottish. I purchased the Tay Berry perfume from St. Andrews and am in love!”

“Ordered flowers for a patient in Raigmore hospital. The 2 ladies I spoke to were both very helpful as I was ordering from Glasgow. Florist made sure she delivered them by lunch time today. Simpsons could not have been more helpfull and I thank them from the bottom of my heart.”

“I was seeking Indian food my entire week in Scotland and finally found a place that hit the spot. The restaurant is nice, and clean (a bit tight on seating, but not too bad). The food seemed fresh and well prepared - definitely full of flavor! The whole meal wasn’t too experience and the staff is very friendly, conversational, and there to help.”
