Extremely poor customer service. Their phone number is constantly engaged, and I don?t mean I tried twice and just happened to call when the line was being used, I mean that someone had disabled the phone line purposely - come 4pm it changes to an answering machine!The last time I did speak to them, they couldn?t even answer the phone with their company name, just a simple ?hello?, to which I had to ask if I was actually talking to someone at Eurocell! As a small business owner I would never dream of being so arrogant to answer the phone with anything other than good morning/afternoon followed by my company name!While their products may be of satisfactory quality, the members of staff are rude and abrupt. I?d rather use a local company that actually appreciates the business!
