Walked in to buy a phone contract, got told that the only free salesperson was 'vaping out the back' and would be a couple of minutes.
Waited for 10 minutes while no-one spoke to me and then left.
In that 10 minutes I had pretty much completed an online order anyway.

Went in and got told by the guy that he was too busy and to maybe come back in an hour or make an appointment. I just wanted to buy a sim card but this place doesn't appear to function as a retail outlet, I'm not really sure what it actually is.

Do not recommend. I am paying£37.90 A month for a service that constantly cuts out. Trying to get a hold of anyone to complain is impossible. The websites just take you around in loops. I've been trying to get this sorted for well over a year and despite several people coming out and saying it's fixed... It is not fixed. Will be changing suppliers as soon as possible

I?ve been trying to sort out a mistake for well over a year that an EE employee in your store made when upgrading my phone. Basically my phone (worth £500-600 at the time of upgrade) has been sent back to EE and I have received nothing for it apart from a mis-sold contract and a bill each month of nearly £90 (should be £62). I?ve been assured on 2 different occasions in-store that it will be sorted, each time I?ve not heard a thing from EE once I?ve left the store. I?ve tried calling EE customer services, they are not interested and keep referring me back to the store (130 mile round trip at my expense) as that?s where the mistake was made.
Can someone from your store please contact me to resolve this on 07544427191. I have tried countless times to call the store but the phone just rings out.

Terrible service, after waiting for ages, a young woman comes out to be told I?ve been waiting and I?m next, yet she proceeds to serve someone who just walks in, ok I will let that one go, but then she starts to serve someone else that walks in!
Definitely be phoning up EE direct if I need a simple question answered next time so I can waste time on my own couch instead of a roasting hot shop where people obviously to understand how a queue works

Tried to order a phone and took me 5 days for an AVS check to be done for them to decide no and used the excuse that it has been declined and tells me that it re freshers after 30 days, great work ?? what a joke

Our helper today was Alfie.Alfie was welcoming and friendly.He was extremely knowledgeable on products and offers on the Samsung S series phones.He was also tuned into the fidgety nature of my neurodiverse kiddo and set him up with the stores PS5 to play with so I got peace to ask questions.He let me know of the latest WiFi offers and changes with BT and offered me a new appointment for next week so I can benefit from ALL their current eligible offers to get our new phone.Alfie is a 5 star employee.Be like Alfie.

If I could give this company a 0 I would ? so last week I ordered 5 devices which I need for the household. Had the run around for a full three days last week and was being told tomorrow constantly for a email verification after I already accepted the terms and conditions which I have proof of. Waited the full weekend for a email still nothing Monday morning. Call Monday to be told that only two are coming and will be delivered today fair enough but what about the rest? So after THREE phone calls which were 1 hour each 2 of the calls to be told to wait again and the last one is where we got somewhere. To be told they don?t know how it happened but put me through back to sales to try order another which I was told I cannot put it through so anyhoo I?m sitting with terms and conditions and paperwork that tells me in BLACK AND WHITE that it was accepted and that I signed terms. Where was customer service basically telling me that I cannot get what I ordered. But that?s fine opened a complaint was told 24hours they?ll get back to me let?s see ?? I will be going further with this to a different organisation to put a bigger complaint in about this provider. They are definitely NOT uks number 1 provider. They will also not be getting a brown pence from myself until this IS sorted this was a mistake on the companies behalf which they should be accepting and taking full blame and just taking the proof into consideration that is there in black and white.
