Bethan is has been acceptable helpful towards me and the service was one hundred precent i am very happy and Angus the manager was very help , both were really helpful id recommend speaking to Bethanie or Angus when you visit dunelm

Extremely disappointed with coffee shop today, over 20 minutes for coffee is unacceptable . Even after telling the staff after 15 minutes that we had not got our order I went again after another 5 or so minutes and still it wasn't t made, other people were being served though. Larger order pads and a tab graber would possibly help. Instead of tiny bits of paper with multiple orders on .
Four members of staff and not very busy .. Come on dunelm it's not good enough.

It's a Dunelm, you know what you're in there for. The staff at Dunelm, and not just at this store, are generally quite rude and unhelpful which makes Dunelm an absolute last resort for me.

An okayish experience. The shop is pretty congested, and it's not that easy to find the items you are looking for. It would be great if they are arranging things in a customer-friendly way. Anyway, I found the things in the end thanks to the staff(he was also pretty confused in the beginning) who helped me find the item.

I like a lot of what Dunelm has to offer, great selection of Bedding which is usually what I go there for and the cafe is great and reasonably priced. The negative parts are: I do not understand why they ALWAYS have broken or damaged items on display..... and why when I go to the cafe ( which is good) and order a coffee and something hot, do I get bellowed at to collect my coffee when it's ready but then they deliver my food order. ? I was just wondering.
