Was not impressed by the lack on knowledge from staff who asked all the wrong questions and seem to mark us as not actually looking before even speaking to us. Made to feel like a nuisance for even entering the store.

If I could give 0 stars then i would. Staff were condescending and rude to my brother who went it looking for advice on a mattress once staff seemed to realise he wasn't buying today they ended up blatantly talking shit about him and started laughing at him before we'd even left the store. Definitely never shop here.

Shopped here for a mattress a few times but recently bought a Tempur mattress and I must save Dave was great, offered us tea and coffee and also took about of time to explain the different options of the tempur mattresses. Made the decisions very easy I must say.

Dreams in Inverness is an excellent store for beds and mattresses, offering a fantastic variety of styles and sizes. The staff are welcoming, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to understand your needs and recommend the best options. We appreciated their relaxed approach and attention to detail. The quality of their products speaks for itself, and the delivery process was seamless. Would happily return!

My daughter and I were delighted with the help we received in store Inverness. Isabella was an absolute five star sales person she was fantastic at her job. She first welcomed us and asked did we want a drink of any sort, then she showed my daughter the machine which would decided which mattress would be best for my daughter. She took her time showing us all that was available to work for her. Daughter decided on bed and Isabella had all the knowledge regarding this adjustable bed with tv. There was no pressure and gave us plenty time to feel each mattress. I would highly recommend her and I?m sure Isabella will go far. Thank you also to Tracey who was fantastic with her knowledge regarding medical issues we had concerns about any questions we had and customer service was above and beyond what we expected

We were made to feel very welcome. Our salesman David was very helpful in helping us decide which bed would best suit our needs without making us feel pressured into a sale. Highly recommend dreams inverness.

I was in the Inverness store today and the service was incredible, tea and coffee were offered upon entry and Dave showed me how to use the Sleepmatch machine which helped me find the best mattress for me. Dave was extremely helpful and was very easy to talk to.

The lovely Isabella was very informative about all the mattresses and even got us to try the sleep machine, sorry don't remember it's real name but it helps you with the best mattresses for your sleeping position. We chose the one we wanted and were able to book for a later delivery day .
