Shocking service from Inverness!! I paid for next day delivery, should have been here Thursday but still not here on Saturday, but my package has been at the depot since Thursday morning, sort it out!!! this is beyond ridiculous!!!

This is the Evri depot. Parcels typically spend 10 days here before being handed to the local contractor to deliver.

Very poor service. Received a message saying the address was incorrect so rang and sorted it out, the next day I got another message saying the address is wrong I emailed them back confirming the address and was completely ignored. Sent another email and was still ignored, rang customer services who tried to get in touch with the Inverness depot and couldn?t then said they would call me back. Heard nothing. Parcel is now a week overdue and I can?t actually get in touch with anyone. Also very poor that they charge you per minute for the customer care line you have to call when there is an issue.

This is the worst delivery experience. You declared my parcel lost simply because you delivered it to the wrong address, and all attempts to resolve the matter by myself were declined. I'm really disappointed!

Called & couldnt even get through to a human being. Emailed and filled out a contact form online. Oredered my sons birthday present. Says online should have been here the 5th.. no parcel to be seen.. then it says on the 6th the parcel was in depot.. my sons birthday on Saturday. I want to be contacted about delivery or if i can pick it up.

with-held an important parcel for days after it was due to be delivered. Phoned the office to see if I could pick it up instead it was ?no?. Then my parcel got listed as missing? still never turned up so had to contact original seller ?

Been waiting since Tuesday for a delivery. Cannot contact anyone to find out where it is bit sounds like it is either lying in Inverness depot, back of a van, delivered elsewhere or has been misappopriated. But who knows really as there's nobody to speak to. Sender also has had no joy contacting them. Utterly useless.
