We purchased a sofa from DFS Inverness and were looked after by Zara, who was both professional and friendly. After weeks of shopping, Zara?s expertise and guidance helped us finally make a decision. While there was a minor hiccup, it was quickly resolved to our satisfaction. Overall, a great experience, and we?ll definitely return for future purchases. Highly recommend Zara and the team!

Their delivery service is a shambles they take your order but can't deliver had sofa in shop since 15 October might get it on the 10 December

The ordering of the sofa itself was very easy but now at the delivery point and it has been a shambles. One person booked it, another cancelled and someone rebooked - sat on delivery today and nothing to say it?s been cancelled etc. I had to call to find out it?s not even on the van ? very annoyed and not impressed with the communication/service on this behalf.

2 stars is solely for the customer service at the time of purchase. Did find members of staff followed you around to try and capture a sale but you understand there are targets to meet. It didn't make us very comfortable though. The quality of the sofa we purchased though is poor even though we were told how amazing it was. The cushions first burst on a chair that has minimal use, we had insurance through DFS so it was seen to by them 3 weeks after evidence sent over. Guy was in and out within 8 minutes at 8am. Another cushion then burst, again with minimal use and the 'fixed' one went within a month. We cannot afford to take full days off work to be in for the people to come and fix something of poor quality. The other cushions have become sunken after a year and a half as well as the back cushions. This couch was not cheap and was meant to be of high quality which it's not. It is uncomfortable to sit on and we don't enjoy using it. We have another 2 years of this horrid thing as we have it on their payment plan. The 2 year's can't come quick enough. Wish we'd gone to Sofology.

First class we bought a 2- 3 seater sofa the sales man Jonny was friendly not at all pushy and was very patient while I must have sat on every sofa there. We bought the sofa we have just now from DFS and I can't fault them I'd recommend them to anyone.

What a lovely store, very helpful Staff member Sean who assisted us through every sofa question we thought of. Needless to say that we bought a sofa suite and left very happy.

Inverness staff great and initially gave 5 star review. We bought a 4 piece leather reclining suite at £5500.......not cheap but looked good in showroom
However the delivered quality of the furniture is poor, and customer service (centralised...not Inverness) following delivery is atrocious. Our electric recliner stopped working after 4 days in half reclined unusable position. The 3 seater recliner comes in 2 sections which dont fit together well and the leather is 'rucked' and unsightly at the front, being poorly stitched. Having contacted DFS I'm told they cannot send anyone to fix the chair for 10 days, despite telling them that the chair is unusable after only 4 days use.
This is the second leather suite we have bought from DFS, and we certainly wouldn't be buying from them again. Quick to take your money but very slow to respond to problems.
Very disappointed.

A great place to shop for furniture. Great selection.The sales assistant Georgia was super friendly and helpful. She explained all the available options to me and helped with all my needs.Fantastic service.

Large selection of sofas and other furniture to choose from. Friendly and knowledgeable staff on hand to provide help.Only criticism was lack of staff on a Saturday afternoon at 3pm. Had to hunt one out. The shop was not busy.
