I carried out 5 days of work experience with Craigwood Solicitors at the courts and saying the team are amazing doesn't do them justice.John Maccoll, Clare Russell and Mark Stewart have given me an experience I will never forget. They are all extremely inspiring, welcoming, professional and genuinely lovely people, alongside all of the other solicitors I have met. They have made me beyond sure that law is the profession for me and I would be more than happy to do this week with them all over again.Thank you for everything Craigwood.

Solicitor never showed up on several occasions causing the case to keep getting delayed. Nobody from the firm even had the decency to make contact to advise why the solicitor never showed for representation. They take on far too much Legal Aid work and when you are actually a client who is paying this out of your own pocket you don't expect such a shabby service. If you want to continuously be messed about then this is the solicitor firm that can help you!!

Sarcastic woman Louise on phone, antagonistic process, wouldn't waste time - extremely rude! They pick up so much legal aid work they have forgotten general etiquette #joke #unhelpful #arrogant... I spoke to quite a few solicitors in the area, please don't settle for this firm there are others that are good, ive had same reports about telephone staff too, not just me then
