“Have supported me through extremely stressful times when I was let down by everyone else. I would not be alive without them. They understood my autism and also my individual circumstances, and went out of their way to help in practical ways and with social and emotional support.”

“This has to be one of my favourite charity shops in Inverness. This is mainly for their selection in books. I love spending an afternoon wandering around the charity shops looking for second hand books or other nice bits and pieces. The British Heart Foundation also has a range of goods that are not second hand as I have seen what look like new gift sets of scarves, hair clips, ornaments etc. Hard to review other areas of the shop as their stock is based on generous donations from the public but they seem well-stocked.”
