Appalling phone service to ask about a new mortgage. Rude, hostile Russian or Slavic woman with no customer service skills. Avoid at all costs. Got myself a face to face appointment tomorrow with a lovely local mortgage broker company. Spoke to the kindest, most genuine girl on reception. Actually made me cry with relief.

I closed our deceased mother?s account in early February this year in person at this branch. Three months later we continue to receive statements from Virgin money (from Sunderland) now suggesting she is in debt! Absolutely unacceptable. Of course, it is totally impossible to speak to anyone in Virgin money in Inverness. Unimpressed.

ATMs are pretty rough. Seagull pin numbers all over them. Clean up now and again would be nice. No confidence you're checking for skimming devices looking at the nick of them.

Terrible service. Tried by phone to book an appointment in Inverness, only to have a mechanical voice tell me that the Bank's phone number is not recognised. Begs the question, as a visitor to the town, 'does this branch exist any longer, and why is the web-site not up to date?' Service should be all about the customer, not about the Bank. I was even forced to award this review one star in order to have it posted. It should of course read, 'Nil Point'.

Can't understand the negative comments, the staff are very friendly and helpful. As a business customer, I have yet to find fault with them. Been with the Clydesdale, now Virgin Money, since I opened my shop, 6 years ago and feel for the staff, getting these unfair comments.

I visited Virgin Money yesterday for assistance with my app. The young man who assisted me was very helpful and guided me through the process and made sure I was able to access my app without difficulty. I'm not technically saved and the young gentleman was very patient.Thank you for the support I needed.

Very disappointed in this bank and the app!.. was fine yorkshire bank.. errors with apps customer service get passed to several different people on phone not good enough spent over 3 hrs of my time trying to sort a simple error!

The staff at Inverness are class can?t fault but when trying to get help of customer service on the phone bloody terrible waiting for 2 hours just to get help ps there needs to be a late night when people can come in after work Iv had to take holidays just to go in mid day for help it?s pretty poor like

Very disappointed. The Clydesdale Bank used to be one of the best. Since Virgin Money took over it?s appalling. Very difficult to get through to support on the phone now. They used to be very quick. When you do get through, customer service agents can be rude, unprofessional and unhelpful and can hang up on you. Online banking has numerous technical issues that can make it dysfunctional when you need it. I?m switching away, had enough of Virgin Money. Sad to see the end of the Clydesdale Bank?s professionalism and excellent customer service.
