Really carnt thank this garage enough, after travelling 400 miles upto Inverness my engine management light came on, was well and truly stuck, I came across chalmers garage who agreed to plug my vehicle in for me, upon diagnosis of the fault the gentleman even offered to allow me to order a part to be delivered directly to them, IThis was amazing service and I carnt thank them enough I would highly recommend chalmers garage to anyone thankyou excellent service ?

Outstanding customer service and work.I am the owner of a motorhome rental company based in France. One of the customers who was travelling throughout Scotland encountered a problem with one of the windscreen wipers. Needing the repair done quickly I automatically contacted several big garages in the area who could not help me. After finding Chalmers Garage by search in the Internet I spoke to a very helpful man named Gordon.Gordon, went over and above to help me. Within less than one hour the windscreen wiper and fittings were replaced and my customer was able to continue their motorhome adventure hassle free.Chalmers Garage outstanding service and would highly recommend. Gordon and Ross are very professional and accommodating and will go above and beyond to help you get back on the road. Booked 2 weeks ago went down this afternoon to get the drive train checked out as there was a noise was told all ramps are not free. Told him I can not leave my car as I have hospital next day was told come back in a couple of hours same no ramps free as I have a disability due to a work accident I felt there was no compassion was told to re-book in 2 weeks time. This was a waste of my afternoon and no care for a person with a disability but yet they had other company vehicles there when my car was booked in if you have a disability avoid at all cost I should report the company to the disability trade act.
