The staff were friendly and correct at all times and explained everything. However I have a feeling of dissatisfaction I can't put my finger on. I suggest you think long and listen hard if you have dealings with places like these.

When you get a good item its perfect. Otherwise, you're on your own, they pretend you have a warranty, but unfortunately, my experience tells different. And the experience of other customers is quite the same as I read. They are pretty consistent in denying warranty.

Fantastic service from sam and his team. Went in with some old games and ps3 to exchange for new ps5. Great customer service quick and easy to do. Would highly recommend. Will definitely be back

Useful to offload old tech and games if you're in a hurry - it's a bit like a pawn shop essentially so don't expect a lot of money and obviously they won't take broken items off you. Staff have mostly been friendly despite how busy they usually are, overall decent place.

Went in the day before to ask how much I would get for my 15pro max. The woman said £605, however when I went back in. The rude and unhelpful woman that didn?t take any care for my brand new iPhone I wanted to sell. Came up with excuses and then the original value of my brand new phone by £100. Rude staff!

Went into the store a week ago asking about selling slim PS5 and got told they would take it for £250 as long as the box was in good condition, went in today with the PS5 Slim to sell and got told they can?t take it unless it comes with stands. We researched if the Ps5 slim came with the stands to then find out through the PlayStation website the SLIM does not come with stands. The worker then said it does and they cannot take it.

Terrible Experience ? Faulty Phone and Unhelpful Staff
My friend, who is not very savvy with technology, recently purchased a basic mobile phone for £50 and it turned out to be a huge mistake. The phone quickly became completely dead. When he took it back to the store for a replacement or repair, the staff rudely claimed that the phone was damaged due to water exposure. This is completely false?the phone was never near water!
The staff refused to listen to his concerns, basically blaming my friend for the faulty product they sold. It?s clear they are just trying to dodge their responsibility. I?m extremely disappointed with both the quality of the phone and the unprofessional, accusatory attitude of the staff. I would not recommend this store to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

It was really Bad experience, I would never buy or recommend it for anyone to buy any stuff from this shop.
I had purchased motion controllers for my PS4 but they didn?t have the complete VR set . and I have been told by their employees that it can work without the VR set with some ps4 move games. I trusted them and paid for it. However, when I tried to find games that can work with motion controllers and camera only without having the complete VR set, I did not find any.
So I popped into the shop next day of the purchase and tried to return it back and take my money to purchase the complete VR set from any other place as they don?t have it. But they refused to refund the money back because the sold items are working well separately and no faults found !!!

A review from a visitor: First time here but from my experience they have a Great Selection of games including some limited retro games and systems. - Prices seem fair. - dual floors for old school CDs/DVDs customer service was ok. Otherwise great store for games and old movies if you're in Inverness.
