Shocking service. Drove 2 hours to match a flooring that we already had (which had been discontinued even though sold with a life time guarantee which NOBODY within carperight knows how that works) found a match yes yes in stock. Price given etc. Get email following day actually none in stock after all anywhere. Questioned why was on display if not available replied couldn't take it down ?!! Absolute time wasters. Even in ordering & paying for the flooring I had first chosen I had to pick another option as they didn't have what they charged me for available. Seriously need to look at how they manage stock & rudeness when they are challenged for time wasting. Yes Gordon mistakes happen but not this many!!!

When we entered the shop we were approached by a lovely gentleman (Gordon) who was very friendly, asked us what we were looking for which he happily showed us Gave us plenty of time to choose and when we approached him with our order, he was extremely helpful about the products we were looking at. Very accommodating for our ordered to be delivered as soon as possible. Very professional and would recommend the shop to our friends. We found the experience refreshing and pleasant.
