They didn't know what echinacea is.First pharmacy I've ever been to that's not known. asked for it and they look at you like your asking for a set of car tyres or something.Pharmacist had an attitude about it too.Silly me going in for something like that.

I have very recently used this pharmacy for my repeat prescriptions as when using the one in Culloden I had to wait days for them to get it ready then expect another 5 mins wait in pharmacy when went to pick it up. Then they would probably not have everything I requested so would have to go back.This pharmacy is so organized and professional. Place online request with doctor and 2 days later get a text saying it's ready for pick up. I know where I'll be going in the future.

Excellent service very helpful took there time with me doctor maded a mistake with my repeat prescription but the lady at the chemist phoned them up and got it all sorted out quickly the chemist and driver very excellent

Changed to this pharmacy in December last year. Wish I?d done it much sooner as all the staff are so helpful, pleasant and nothing is too much trouble for them. Service is quick and very efficient. I used to dread going to my local pharmacy as service was awful but Care Pharmacy, Cradlehall is a pleasure to go to. Thank you to all the staff.

Very disappointed with the pharmacy, found the counter staff to be very pleasant but pharmacist very unhelpful changed back to another Pharmacy after two negative experiences here

Moved to this pharmacy 5 months ago. Excellent service, very helpful and always with a smile from all the pharmacy staff. Communication is excellent and medication always ready.
