I hire a boat from here in September 2023 and was delighted from start to finish. Very well maintained and modern cruisers and extremely helpful staff. A cruise along the canal on a Caley Cruisers? boat is well worth while. If you get the weather, it?s a must!

Just had a lovely week aboard a Caley boat, which was well maintained, clean and tidy. Staff were all wonderful and very helpful. They supplied loads of useful information in advance of our arrival and loads more aboard the boat. I have nothing remotely negative to offer about anything on our holiday. Will definitely be back. The Caledonia Canal experience more than lived up to expectations and Caley played a part in that.

A wonderful and magical holiday. Everything was perfect. Great friendly service, boat was excellent, good 121 tuition, scenery was incredible, friendly loch keepers. Highly recommend this holiday

Super good service! Very kind and friendly staff ! Perfect introduction to the boat by video and on the day we took over the boat.Derek was a very good instructor and extremely patient. Thanks again to him! The boat itself was pure pleasure, everything was the way we like it!

Our rental houseboat was super great!Those were wonderful and very relaxing holidays. The people at Caley Cruisers are absolute professionals, very friendly and very supportive!When we got there by taxi, we were greeted in a friendly manner and after a short time we were instructed by an experienced person over a cup of coffee (approx. 30 minutes) and then we started.After a short time you will have enough practice to drive relaxed on the canals and lakes.When we arrived, a person was there within a few minutes and took the boat off.Highly Recommended ?

I have used Caley Cruisers on 8 occasions in the last ten years and never been let down. The boats are always spotless and in excellent condition and I cannot fault them. This year we were unable to get the boat back due to the canal bridge being stuck. No problem they said, we will come and do the handover where you are and bring you back to collect your car!

Can't recommend Caley Cruisers enough and wouldn't hesitate to book with them again. We had a great week on the lochs and canal. Our boat Eriskay 1 was clean and tidy and relatively well maintained for it's age. Curtains could have done with some wee attention, but fairly minor. All the staff were really helpful and friendly, and the service was professional and efficient. Many thanks.

Had a wonderful experience with Caley Cruisers. We hired Taransay 3 and we were not disappointed. Excellent team at the marina and the boat was well maintained. Something we had wanted to do for a few years, so glad we did.Four adults had plenty of room.

A wonderful family business steeped in traditional values yet modern, forward thinking a quite clearly able to diversify to the ever changing hire boat industry!I first had the pleasure of hiring from Caley Cruisers in the Summer of 2007 and being a seasoned hirer over the previous 3 decades across the whole of the UK network found them to be exceptional across all aspects of the process so I had absolutely no hesitation in returning to them and the Great Glen in early April some 16 years later and they didn?t disappoint.Sure the fleet had grown with the addition of some wonderful new and exciting looking boats but most importantly the warm welcome and their energy towards customer care if anything got even better. We were given a warm welcome by the team in reception who very quickly signposted our journey from just arriving to our eventual sail away. The instructors and engineers did a smart yet not exhaustive tour of the boat even taking time to help us in a chain fashion load what looked like way to many provisions for 4 nights ( they weren?t) and then we were off for a most magical 4 nights through the eastern reaches of the Caledonian Canal and onto Loch Ness and westerly through Ft Augustus towards the magical Loch Oich.It?s also worth mentioning that the Scottish Canal staff that were in attendance at locks and swing bridges were superb as ever, knowledgeable, safety conscious but still being incredibly happy to help with a smile.Well done Caley Cruisers, well done Scottish Canals and thank you to Scotland for a wonderful break.Stuart ??????? ?????????Torridon III

Been lucky enough to have 2 weeks with Caley, a week in may and the last week of operation in October. 5 stars are not enough for caley. Instructions from staff excellent, condition of boats, fantastic. We had the kintail on both occasions and can highly recommend. Plus the stunning scenery of the Highlands. Already booked for next year, thank you to all the staff at Caley.
