Great shop, you can find many things. A bit expensive but you get a boots card and you can gather points.There are sales with the boots card but also you would need to access the app... Complicated

Visited this store for a prescription the staff at the pharmacy are amongst the worst I've ever experienced in a long time while I was waiting to be served I observed 2 staff standing chatting 1 looked over at me but then looked away I stood a further 10 mins and still not served I saw another customer behind me getting very annoyed too I will add could hear staff behind counter talking and it wasn't work related. This isn't first time either. Staff at till points always quick and pleasant . Pharmacy take a leaf out of their book. How you can see people waiting and ignore them is not professional.

The prescription text service is no better than 'hit or miss' and every time that I collect the prescription - I patiently stand in line to be served, get to the desk and 'just like every other customer' I get ignored until the assistant can be bothered to serve me. A courteous hello or acknowledgement that they have seen me would be better customer service and is no more that common courtesy. DO BETTER!

Very very slow service at pharmacy, prescription sometimes not complete even after phoning them (if the phone is answered at all) .Seem disorganised and under staffed have tried but will not be back.

I ran out of medication over the bank holiday weekend because I couldn't collect the prescription from my GP. I went to Boots pharmacy, but I didn't realise it was just before they were about to close. I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The pharmacist issued me an emergency prescription of 1 weeks supply just minutes before they closed, despite that it would make him slightly late. Very kind, much appreciated.
