Chemist is a shambles. Never have prescription ready, most of the time they have no idea it was ordered. Been given other people's drugs and all their details.

Would rate 0 stars if I could for the pharmacy. Rude and unhelpful staff. Only ever go in here for the pharmacy as a last resort and always regret it. Avoid!

Worst Boots store in Inverness.
Staff so unhelpful, pharmacy woman had a face like fizz when asked a question.
Followed around the store by 4 staff members with Madonna mics on for no reason at all.
Then when I complained they told me they thought I was a shoplifter... why because I had a basket, then put items in it had a spray of the FREE perfume testers, that's why they're called testers!
Then made a fool of by 2 young staff laughing, talking about me because I said I did not need help 3 times.. I thought it was a store? You know one you are allowed to shop and look at items without be followed and thought of as a thief..I am pretty sure a thief wouldn't bother taking a basket and going to the checkout.. young staff are totally unprofessional especially a young blonde girl laughing in your face! Disgusting attitude and won't be back!

I've never had a problem with the older staff members in the Pharmacy, who have always been helpful. My only complaint is the unpredictable mid afternoon Pharmacy closing hour, sometimes 2-3, or 3-4. It is variable, you can turn up and they've shut down. It should be a fixed advertised closure hour and that's it.

Absolutely appalling customer service! Served by a colleague on the medicines counter named Jackie. I had asked for a packet of Nurofen plus. She disappeared stating she needed authorisation from the pharmacist - due to working in healthcare myself I knew something was odd as she?d asked me no questions and the pharmacist was within sight and present so assumed authority of sale should be normal practice.
Pharmacist returned not Jackie and attempted to refuse me service sighting that Jackie had flagged me for repeated custom attempting to purchase these pills! I?ve lived in Scotland for 3 weeks and it?s the first time I?ve visited! Absolutely outraged and it was humiliating to have people nearby have to hear me justify myself!
I am awaiting the removal of an excruciating wisdom tooth! So sought something a little stronger to assist in pain management! Did not expect to be treated like a drug addict! I expect a full apology from boots and retraining for both Jackie and that pharmacist!

Great shop, you can find many things. A bit expensive but you get a boots card and you can gather points.There are sales with the boots card but also you would need to access the app... Complicated
