Thanks Bannermans for sorting a worrying rattle from the front wheel this morning. Anxious to get it checked before a long drive. Although unbooked and a Bank Holiday, mechanic Ed quickly knew what was amiss and fixed it straight away. Sam who books servicing friendly and helpful as ever.What a joy to have such polite and professional service these days. Recommend them most highly.

We drove out of the Seat showroom in Inverness today with our Son's new Seat Leon and we are thrilled, not only with the car but with our entire Seat experience at Bannerman's. John managed our sale and could not have been more helpful. John clearly has many years experience in his profession and this came across not just in his professional approach but in his knowledge. Nothing was a problem and given we weren't entirely sure how to approach a trade in/purchase sale, John made the entire process easy, transparent and pleasurable (which isn't always the case in very sales driven environments, which this wasn't). The car itself is fantastic and we were offered a great trade in price and experience which made our onward purchase possible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Seat Bannerman's Inverness as you get an end to end customer experience and complete peace of mind that a dedicated person is at the end of the phone or email even after you drive away. Car was booked in for MOT, was all on time and customer service from the service team was exceptional. Showroom looks great also with full refreshments offered. Was in and out within the hour with car washed also. Would definitely recommend.

This is my 2nd car from Bannermans and I've been dealing with Callum for 7 years now. He always is cheerful and professional, very easy to talk to, helpful and knows the vehicles inside out. I can't imagine going anywhere else now.

Really helpful service from Callum and Marcus and the new guy! I was in a bit of a rush, but Marcus went above and beyond to get everything sorted for me. Callum and the new person helped me with a few test drives and were really polite. Had some lovely conversations and got on really well with them. Highly recommend! Great service. Thank you.
