Was in yesterday to transfer money to another account. Transaction took 40 mins. I was left sitting without warning for 15 mins. I had to go looking for the teller. Another teller eventually completed the transaction. They obviously want everything on line, don't want to help you.

Absolutely shocking service today 07/07/25. Stood for almost half an hour at lunchtime just to deposit some money. Only one teller on duty and he was in training. Very slow service, absolutely unacceptable. It's not the tellers fault as he was in training. Management should take responsibility. A busy Monday and only one teller is an absolute JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!! Get a grip Bank of Scotland.

The procedure in the bank was so not in order. We are there, queueing just for opening an account, and the counter attendant just asked us to sit aside and wait for an attendant. However, the guy was just not looking at us at all despite we are sitting right next to him and he just went to serve another queueing customer. It is just so ridiculous to ask us to sit and wait for attendant and the crew will go and service for the standing one. We have already be here for 1 hour just to wait for attendant.
Update: We queue for the second time and the girl is kind and helpful.

The BoS is one of the few businesses operating in Inverness that I feel genuinely cares about transgender people and isnt just trying to cash in on a trend. They made a promise to me when I first opened my account as a child. Bank of Scotland - Your friend for life. Ive never had any reason to doubt that.

Had an issue with the pay-in machine (it had a fault suffice it to say), but must say very impressed with Claire for being so professional and courteous in resolving everything, was truly impressed, so well done Claire.

After over 30 years of banking with Halifax, yesterday I was left feeling bullied and intimidated at eastgate inverness. All I wanted was to do was see a teller. I was laughed at by one and harassed by another staff member until I left the queue and was bullied in to using a machine.

Myself and partner Stranded 250 miles from home with a car out of fuel in -2 weather, on the phone in total for 1.5 hours...50min on hold...hung up on 3 times...refused to help...will be shutting the account as soon poss. Utter waste
