Had a few cars always long term issues and the service is shocking when you pay for mot and service plan but can't get it booked in. I would recommend looking elsewhere

Had Ashleigh Murray who is fairly new and she was amazing. She really knew her stuff and went over and above to get the car sorted for us very quick as we had a fair distance to travel. Cannot recommend her highly enough. Quality service and excellent customer service. Thank you.

I couldn't ask for better customer service by Marcin, he gave me excellent advice about the cars I was interested in and offered me all the options I could need without being overbearing and he made me feel like he genuinely cared about me making the right decision rather than just blindly chasing a sale.In short, if you want to buy a car from here and get the best customer service, ask for Marcin!

Had five issues with car .1 Seal torn on drivers side.2 hole in floor on carpet .3 tyre loosing pressure.4 Clutch and handbrake.5 Strip and clean on the brakes.Phoned garage to get car booked in spoke to a Natasha.The work would only be completed if the garage I bought it off confirmed that while on the phone she phoned that garage all was confirmed.Took car over to garage gets a tx work being done.No communication after that only a phone call to say completed. When spoke to this lady some work couldn't be done. Mechanics could not find tear in seal .Dont know how tear is 2 and half inches long . (Took photos after clearly showing a tear ) Then lady tried to say not covered.Even though it is under manufacturing and even if wasn't I was told it was confirmed it would be payed for.Clutch and handbrake road test.No efficiency of clutch test . No handbrake cable checked for possible damage Or connection underneath ok.Rest of work not completed. Although was my fault as wheel locking nut was not it car.Even so HYUNDAI not have Master set or could not ring for the sake of a £15 trade price locking nut could not been ordered.Would of payed myself or even dropped it off.Oh and floor in carpet won't repair as not under warranty. But was confirmed all would be payed for.After 250 miles there and back twice have had a garage more than happy to take on the work and even said write a list of whatever is wrong and we will fix it.

Train journey for an hour and half and a one mile walk in the slush and snow freezing cold up here today but again pleasant staff had a coffee ?Jade was great ? had me on my way back down south quickly terrible weather until got to Perth, great branch see you next time ?
