Used this Argos for a few eBay click and collect orders on different occasions, each time the orders are not scanned in properly so I don't receive the collection barcode and the staff are largely unhelpful and unwilling to check for the item and scan it in correctly. This has been previously solved by the team scanning in the item, but they're always unwilling to do this and insist I must have the barcode before they look. This is a great and useful service but one that is run very poorly at this particular location.

visited this place to buy a phone. Chose and paid at the terminal. The phone was received in 20 seconds. I recommend.

In over 30 years of shopping I?ve never experienced a worse service than I did today in this store.
Will never shop with Argos again because of this.
From the moment I walked in until the moment I left there was zero interest in me as a customer.
Have no wish to regurgitate the affair and zero interest in Argos now. Be warned.

The tiny pens have gone! ? It used to be like a bookies where the punter never lost.Maybe bookies have dispensed with the tiny pens too of course. I haven't been in one in years.Anyroad, if you wish to be in an Argos and you're in Inverness, then this is the place to be.

Went to pick up an order at 1850 and it was locked up and closed, even though it says it's open till 2000 on the website.

Very slow service. 10 minutes of waiting whilst 3 members of staff walking around the back area with one lady dealing with the desk. Used to be a very good store to go into. Now it?s just empty, clinical and no staff presence.

My daughter was given a delivery time of between ten and two , delivery did not occur between those times and when I phoned the store to enquire when the delivery would take place the automatic recording informed me that they were too busy to take any calls.

Online ordering system is bait and switch. The availability for click and collect orders changes after you place the order.Order items, they say "can be collected". We get a message after paying "can be collected a week later".

FYI in case you are buying a mobile and something is wrong with it. They refused to take it back even when I said I'm willing to pay more for a different model. So much for 30 day money back guarantee. I was told it's because the box was opened, but how else should a person find out if the product is ok if you are not allowed to open it? Back to Amazon I guess...

Service is ok but the product I always want is always not available or out of stock, so I have to choose a lesser favourable item. It's happened too many times. For this reason, I'm going to stop using Argos. Plus the fact they closed the store in Inverness centre. It's like you want to fail. Catch up Argos. As usual, ok staff, moronical management.

Shocking service the staff are disgusting towards customers cancelled my order then tried to order it again and won't let me told I have to wait a week to ten days for the money to go back on my card definitely won't be back in again best thing for them is to shut down
