Very slow service. 10 minutes of waiting whilst 3 members of staff walking around the back area with one lady dealing with the desk. Used to be a very good store to go into. Now it?s just empty, clinical and no staff presence.

My daughter was given a delivery time of between ten and two , delivery did not occur between those times and when I phoned the store to enquire when the delivery would take place the automatic recording informed me that they were too busy to take any calls.

Online ordering system is bait and switch. The availability for click and collect orders changes after you place the order.Order items, they say "can be collected". We get a message after paying "can be collected a week later".

FYI in case you are buying a mobile and something is wrong with it. They refused to take it back even when I said I'm willing to pay more for a different model. So much for 30 day money back guarantee. I was told it's because the box was opened, but how else should a person find out if the product is ok if you are not allowed to open it? Back to Amazon I guess...

Service is ok but the product I always want is always not available or out of stock, so I have to choose a lesser favourable item. It's happened too many times. For this reason, I'm going to stop using Argos. Plus the fact they closed the store in Inverness centre. It's like you want to fail. Catch up Argos. As usual, ok staff, moronical management.

Shocking service the staff are disgusting towards customers cancelled my order then tried to order it again and won't let me told I have to wait a week to ten days for the money to go back on my card definitely won't be back in again best thing for them is to shut down

Absaloutly rubbish orderd here delivery driver cancled it 15 mins past due time slot. Then argos decided put money back today take it out my account again today. Argos made out i cancld order was actully them. With no update why was cancled by them in first place. And today no idea why retaken money out refumded me first place now wont be cleard till xmas eve for there mess up

I approached Argos with a sense of caution but I need not have worried. On arrival I was met by a member of staff and was told I would need to wait as the order points were occupied. If I had ordered online I could have just collected there and then. Once I was inside I was directed to an order point - it was all very straight forward because I could pay at the order point. It was just a matter of collecting my goods and that was that. I was pleased all the current safety measures are taken very seriously in Argos. There is good parking and it is a spacious shop inside.One year on and Argos is more or less back to normal. I still prefer to go to the shop rather than order online. I do check online to see if they have what I want in stock. For me Argos is reliably good.I think it is worth leaving my review how I found Argos during the early days of lock down easing. It is a reminder of how things were.

Bought cooker and washing machine in store. Was told by person who dealt with purchase in shop and stated on receipt would be contacted on 09/02/22 for next day delivery. Come the 17th hadn?t heard so contacted their customer services. The guy said earliest delivery 28th and tutted and sighed whole way through - told him not exceptable as this was for a single parent with 2 young children moving into an unfurnished house. Asked to speak to manager but he wouldn?t come on phone and was told that once delivered would get some compensation. Then guy tried to say was own fault not phoning to make booking even though stated they would contact me. If could have given no stars would have as one is way to much for them.
