Charged us 140£ total for going over the 1,5 hour parking limit for 30 minutes. Today we received an email about it 3 weeks later after we left Scotland... We don't have the receipt anymore and can't do anything about it.

I travel the country for work and and have to constantly stock up food in the place I am staying (self catering B+B), so I end up trying different things, the ALDI in Inverness has a lot of things not available in other ALDIs such a nice change to try different things, and definitely pleases the palette
The staff are fantastic if you cannot find the basics, but a 5 minute shop turned into a 20 min trip as there was a lot of variety, such a great experience rather than a tedious shopping trip
I wish all ALDIs stocked just 20 of the different items this store had

There's ALWAYS queues. Never not once in years have I ever been to one of your shops and NOT been in a queue. Ask your managers why they needs more staff . . . . !!!!
I'm not there for a questionnaire.
I just want to pay and leave.

Excellent shop, we were in today and did a big shop and were surprised by how much cheaper it was than Tesco. Shop was clean and tidy, staff were polite and helpful.

The self-service tills not only expect you to pack your own bags, you must do so at top speed with insufficient packing space. If you can't fit everything in or you're too slow, you get told off by the automated voice. If you go too quickly it doesn't register the item and you are told to take it out again. Then after 2 seconds of waiting for you to insert your debit card it issues a very loud, repetitive beeping noise.
A very unpleasant, stressful experience just to save them money on staff, making customers do the job whilst treating us all like shoplifters. All of this nightmare was taking place whilst one staff member (maybe a supervisor?) was fiddling around with a pile of carrier bags and having a great, loud, laugh.
I won't be back and I recommend others to go elsewhere, there are plenty more user-friendly supermarkets in the area.

Terrible service,I went to friers bridge Aldi around 11am and at the self checkouts was treated like a inconvenience if I dared ask a question all I got a sarcastic comment,
