Aarron, Lewis and the team at Robert Black are excellent. It was a perfectly smooth process. Saw the car I wanted online, rang up to confirm it was available, booked a test drive, paid a deposit and picked it up a few days later. Guys were super helpful, very responsive, and the car was in perfect condition. They gave it a full service, and even filled it up with enough fuel to get me the 100 miles home. I?d had a nightmare with a larger dealer earlier in the year, so it was great to deal with a team who were so honest, available and pleasant. Would absolutely recommend!

Photo of the warehouse is a little misleading. Travelled up from Glasgow to visit a couple cars I seen on their website the day before. They'd both sold but the website hadn't been updated. Man we spoke to seemed completely disinterested (but to be fair, he was potentially the only one working and was busy). Was a little disappointed though

Sold us a Tiguan R-line just short of 30k that had been involved in accident. We had raised these suspicions multiple times to Billy and he blatantly lied each time and we went against our gut feeling taking the car to shortly later find under a sticker on the number it had been in accident. Billy tired to deceive us out of our honest hard working money then later claimed he did not know the car had been in an accident because he knew this was unlawful!! I came across Robert Black and Son whilst searching on Auto trader for a particular model of car, I dealt with Arron over the phone as I live a good distance from this company, right from the start Arron was easy to deal with and when I made the decision to buy the car I had picked Arron made sure everything went smoothly. My flight into Edinburgh on the day of collection was delayed and Arron even offered to stay late so I could still collect my car. I was a little worried about the condition of the car as I had only seen pictures of it on the web, Upon seeing the car I had zero need to be concerned as the car was as described and immaculately presented. Arron even made sure there was enough fuel in to get me going and there was a nice new set of proper carpet car mats in the vwhicle. I cannot recommend this company highly enough a full 5 stars from me. And thank you Arron for making this purchase very easy..

Got a lovely car. No hastle everything went smoothly. So much better than salesmen being pushy for a sale. Lovely young man dealt with everything. Definitely would recommend here
