Called June for a quote for a "free" kitchen design for a self-contained flat. Told Salesman I had a budget of £3.5k for units. Salesman called back to say it would be end of July before someone could be available to call back due to staff holidays.Needless to say, no call back.Keith Builders Merchants promote "kitchen designs for all budgets."Obviously not!!

Ordered a few m2 of block paving at a reduced rate, KBM didn't have as much as needed but added extra from the new stock without any extra costs. Delivery was v quick, carefully put in front of my house. KBM staff are absolute stars, very polite and helpful, replying to my emails straight away. Great local seller!

Didn't have the part I wanted but had the knowledge to give me a correct name and enable me to find what I needed in Elgin. My son loved the sheds on display and will be looking at one when we are ready to replace his. Also, gravel and stones selection for garden beds look good. No doubt we'll be back.

Ordered and payed for items when item arrived was told I had to pay more. Asked if I could return surplus material and was told I could then tried to return and was told they wouldn't take back anymore. This happened twice.
