“We went for lunch on a Friday around 12.We hadn’t book as we had no idea it would be very busy. We took the second last table in the restaurant. Staff were lovely, the table was clean and had been cleared before we sat down. Order was taken in good time and food was delivered quite promptly considering how busy they were and the variety of the menu. My friend had a vegan option and was happy with their meal. We had a nice lunch in lovely surroundings. When we left there was a queue of around 10 people waiting. Clearly the restaurant has a good reputation and from our experience seems well deserved. The cost was around £25 which is about average for a lunch and a drink x2 in the current climate.”
